Who we are

Two Sisters Organizing is a Pittsburgh-based home organizing service run by Marielle and Jackie. We serve Pittsburgh and nearby communities. You can reach us at 2sistersorganizing@gmail.com or on Instagram at @twosistersorganizing.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through our free consultation form. This may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your neighborhood or ZIP code
• Your preferred contact method, meeting format, project type and the areas of your home you'd like help with
• Any notes you share about your space or goals
• The page you were on when you sent the form, so we know which service you were reading about

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising trackers at this time. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading the site does not send your information to third-party font services. We don't collect payment information on this website; payments are handled directly by cash, credit card or Zelle.

How we use your information

We use what you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free consultation
• Follow up about your organizing project
• Communicate about scheduling, rescheduling and session details

We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

How your form submission is processed

Our consultation form is powered by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information is sent securely to Formspree and delivered to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy covers how they handle it. We do not store form submissions on our own web server.

Affiliate disclosure

Two Sisters Organizing participates in affiliate programs. Our favorite products page includes affiliate links, mainly through the Amazon Associates program and select other retailers. We may earn a small commission if you buy through one of these links, at no extra cost to you.

We only recommend products we use and believe in, and commissions don't influence our picks. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Our Amazon affiliate tag is 2sisters0f1-20.

Analytics

We may add website analytics, such as Google Analytics, in the future to understand how visitors find and use this site. If we do, we'll update this policy first. Analytics data is aggregated and is never tied to your form submission.

Client confidentiality

Your home is your sanctuary, and we protect your privacy during and after every session:

• We never photograph your home or share images without your explicit permission
• We never discuss your space, belongings or personal situation with anyone outside our team
• We never pressure you to part with anything; every decision about your belongings is yours
• We are fully insured in the unlikely event that property is damaged during our work

Data retention and your rights

We keep your contact information only as long as needed to provide our services or maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing 2sistersorganizing@gmail.com, and we'll do so promptly.

If you live in California or another state with consumer privacy laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
