Her passion for organizing started in college. After years working with corporations and small businesses in Pittsburgh, she saw firsthand how simple organizational changes transform productivity and daily life. Working as a nanny showed her how an organized home eases stress and makes routines run smoother.
Jackie
Co-founder, MBA in Sustainable Business
Jackie brings eco-friendly principles to home organization, balancing efficiency with environmental responsibility. Nothing is more satisfying to her than turning a messy closet or chaotic pantry into a calm, functional space.

$100 per hour
3-hour minimum for new clients. 2-hour mini sessions for returning clients.

A $50 deposit holds your session. We accept cash, credit cards and Zelle.

How much does a professional organizer cost in Pittsburgh?
Our all-inclusive rate is $100 per hour for a team of two organizers, with a 3-hour minimum for new clients. Returning clients can book 2-hour mini sessions. The rate includes donation drop-off, product recommendations and eco-friendly disposal. A $50 deposit holds your session. See rates.
What happens during the free consultation?
It's a free 30-minute conversation, virtual or in person, where we learn about your space, what isn't working and what you'd like to change. From there we recommend a plan and an estimated scope before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Pittsburgh and nearby communities, including the East End, the Fox Chapel area, the North Hills, Sewickley Valley and the South Hills. Do I need to be home during the session?
That's up to you. Some clients like to work alongside us; others prefer to hand over the keys and come back to a finished space.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured in the unlikely event that property is damaged during our work.
Will you make me get rid of my things?
Never. We won't pressure you or remove anything without your say. Our role is to guide and support you while you make the decisions.
What happens to items I no longer want?
Donation drop-off is included in our rate. Usable items go to local charities, and anything that can't be donated is recycled or disposed of responsibly.
Do I need to buy organizing products first?
No. Please wait until after we've decluttered and measured. We bring trash bags, a label maker and surface wipes, and we'll recommend products only where they'll truly help. Buying is always your choice. Our favorite products page is a good place to start.
Is there anything you don't handle?
We don't take on hoarding cases, house cleaning, or bio-hazardous items or spaces.
Do you offer follow-up sessions?
Yes. Our 2-hour mini sessions are ideal for returning clients who want to refresh a space or keep their systems running smoothly.
