Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out our free consultation request form. This may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your Pittsburgh neighborhood or zip code
• Your preferred meeting format, project type, and areas of your home you'd like organized
• Any notes or context you choose to share about your space or goals

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of passive data collection at this time. We do not collect payment information through this website — payments are handled in person via cash, credit card, or Zelle.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our consultation form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free 30-minute consultation
• Follow up about your organizing project
• Communicate with you about scheduling, rescheduling, or session details

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Form Submission Is Processed

Our consultation form is powered by Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted securely to Formspree and then delivered to our email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit — you can review it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not store your form submission data on our own servers.

Affiliate Disclosure

Two Sisters Organizing participates in affiliate advertising programs. Our Favorite Products page contains affiliate links, primarily through the Amazon Associates program and select other retailers. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase a product through one of our links, at no additional cost to you.

Your home is your sanctuary, and we take your privacy seriously during and after every session:

• We will never photograph your home or share images without your explicit permission
• We will never discuss details of your space, belongings, or personal situation with anyone outside our team
• We will never pressure you to dispose of any items — all decisions about your belongings remain entirely yours
• We are fully insured in the unlikely event that property is damaged during our work

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to provide our services or maintain our business records. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing 2sistersorganizing@gmail.com, and we will honor that request promptly.

If you are a resident of California or another state with applicable consumer privacy laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you.
